Privacy notice

This website

• The site is static files served over HTTPS. It loads no script, font or image from any third party and sets no tracking cookie.
• The web server keeps access logs (address, page, time, browser) for [RETENTION] days to operate the site and to detect abuse.
• No analytics service is used. If one is added later, it will be first-party and ask for your consent first.

The demo form

• The name, company, e-mail address, estate size and message you enter are sent to a CertiPOS server operated by CERTICONS and forwarded by e-mail to our sales engineers to arrange the demonstration.
• We use them for nothing else: no newsletter, no sharing with third parties, no profiling. We keep them for [RETENTION] after the last contact unless you become a customer.

The product

CertiPOS itself is installed on the customer’s servers; CERTICONS does not receive or process the customer’s sales or personal data through the product unless a support agreement says so for a named case. The product’s own data protection design is described in the security overview.
