The portal
Every company, store and register from one browser, on your server.
The portal is served by the same Windows service as the API, on the same port and certificate. Head office configures, store managers watch, accountants reconcile. It is right-to-left for Arabic operators and works on a phone when a manager approves from the floor.

Organisation and configuration
Companies, stores, registersUnlimited companies on one server, each connected to its own SAP company; stores with their time zone and branch; registers enrolled with a QR code and a device certificate.
Configuration profiles with a catalogueEvery setting has a name, a description, a kind and, where it names an account, a picker filtered by role from the SAP chart of accounts. Profiles inherit tenant → company → store → register, with an effective view.
Quick layouts and imagesAn 8 × 8 button designer with images and colours, banknote pictures per currency, customer-display images, all pulled by the registers.
Users, roles, rightsRoles from templates with a rank, a matrix of over 170 named rights with thresholds, approval policies per right, PIN and badge policies, time clock.
Operations and money
OperationsEvery posting job with its process, payload, SAP answer and timing; retry, repost, void; the error catalogue code with the next action; alerts when a job parks.
Tickets and shiftsEvery ticket with its events, tenders, signature and e-receipt; shifts with counts, over and short; a Z archive; day close with a summary e-mail.
Reconciliation against SAPTickets matched to SAP documents by the document comment, live from the Service Layer, so the month closes on the same numbers in both systems.
Currencies and ratesEnable currencies per company, read SAP’s rates, set the cash and clearing accounts per currency, see which register lacks a rate.
