Everything the portal does is an API with a published OpenAPI contract. A public API for your systems, webhooks for events, an OData feed for Power BI, a scheduler for recurring jobs, and plug-ins that keep customer-specific behaviour out of the core.

WebhooksA transactional outbox delivers signed events with retries and a backoff table; an SSRF guard checks every target; delivery history in the portal.
OData feedSales, tenders, shifts and stock as an OData feed for Power BI Desktop and the service, filtered per tenant and key.
