Showrooms and deliveries

Sold in the showroom, paid at the door, signed on the SAP document.

Furniture, appliances, building materials: the sale is an order, the money comes in parts and the goods leave later. CertiPOS posts the order and the down payment, packs the delivery, and lets the driver collect the balance and a signature on a handheld, offline.

What showrooms use

From the order to the signed delivery note.

Orders in the showroomA ticket of kind “order” posts a Sales Order in SAP; a deposit posts a Down Payment Invoice and its payment.
Orders from SAPA sales order or quotation created in SAP is pulled into the register as base lines with the agreed price and open quantity; a down payment in SAP is drawn as a deposit.
Delivery packagesPackages with lines and events in the portal, assigned to a route and a handheld, pulled to the driver’s register.
Handover at the doorThe driver scans the package, collects the balance in cash or on a terminal, takes a photo and a signature, offline; the delivery note posts when the line is back.
Signature on the documentThe signature is attached to the SAP document through Attachments2 and shown on the e-receipt.
ReversalA cancelled order closes the SAP order; a refused delivery reverses the invoice and payment.
